The BIA measures and tracks changes in the amounts of body fluids, fat, and lean body mass. It will also show the % body fat and % muscle mass for different parts of your body such as each arm, each leg, and your torso.

It measures the amount of extracellular and intercellular fluids which shows the level of toxicity in your body. The more fluids you have outside your cells compared to inside your cells is an indication of toxicity.
